Flygirl has been toppled off the top rung of the Overberg Paragliding Club XC Log.

Greg moves into first position after two personal bests in De Aar during the Swing Record attempts and I am going to have to really work some magic to reign him in.  He has almost  a 300km lead on me now and it is raining in De Aar and greener than ever.  Freaky

Barry sneaked in a big tandem flight from Koringberg and takes first place on the Western Cape section.

Overall: 1.Greg, 2.Gaynor, 3.Earl, 4.Barry, 5.Craig
Western Cape: These results are very inaccurate - awaiting new results.  I always knew it was going to be difficult to beat Hammer and Tickbird on one way flights in the Western Cape so now I am flying in Circles - or rather Triangles in an attempt to compete in this Sub-Log :-)  Greg tells me that after my 62.9km Koringberg Triangle I will now be in 2nd place on this Sub-Log, dragging myself out of obscurity there :-)

HOWEVER - Craig and Earl will be logging some new flights from the All Africa and this is going to make it very uncomfortable for me.  I might even be sliding down on the Overall Log  Damn!  Gonna have to do something about that.

As Greg says 'This is the most hotly contested xc ladder we've ever seen in the Cape. There aren't any 100km flights in the Western Cape yet, this season. There are only four months left, and it's peak season, so get out there and go faaaaaarrr ....

(BTW, red flights are outside W.Cape (as in De Aar). Blue flights are outside the country.)'
