OPCFrom Greg Hamerton

Update of the log in February:

Oooh. And the sneaky Birdman wings his way past Dr Freeze, by flying past Clanwilliam last week.

I feel a retaliation xc camp coming on ... rumours of sutherland abound ... all invited .. 29 Feb weekend. Skurweberg has been booked. Winch vehicle sorted. And what about Tickbird? parked comfortably complacently on his perch? but for how long, I asks, for how long...
and he only needs a piddly 60km flight to get ahead of the girl who's beating his lily-white bum ...

speaking of girls, if Dr Freeze doesn't get off his .. um .. ballast bags, Tamsin's going to pass him when she's back in town from the UK.

windeywindeywindeywind.
Season closes end april, but don't expect the xc conditions to last ...

Red are for flights in South Africa, but outside of the Western Cape
Black are for WC flights
Blue are for  International flights

Barry has just sneaked past Dr freeze by flying in the week! He's been going to Rhenosterhoek regularly while 'working' with his tour group, and today he got to Constriction. hmmm.

Jaco also recently got to Citrusdal, the first time for him in years.

Tamsin North rockets up the list by flying to Rhenosterhoek and then pushing back to the N7 pass on Tuesday, and making Algeria on Wednesday last week

These during-the-weekers should be dragged out and ... oh, I was also flying and so was Dr Freeze. Well, there wasn't any power anyway so we had to go fly!

And it gives me great pleasure to say that my wife has just passed Philip Kannemeyer on the ladder, by flying to the windmill past teenage from Pampoen last week.  Hah! That'll get the flippin' Mayor out of his office!

Where are all the rest of you guys? Anybody flying any more? It's only 35 degrees on average in Porterville these days ...
